At Fiorese Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates and promotional materials, to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
